PestLearn Risk Matrix Activity This video will demonstrate the use of the risk matrix as a tool for assessing and managing risk. It will use a broken kettle as an example of a hazard, and show the consequences of using it without any controls. It will then show how three control measures, gloves, a repair and a safety switch can work together to reduce the risk to an acceptable level.
